Introduction:
Namaste Children Nepal purchased land in a very quiet and beautiful place 9 kilometres west from centre city of Kathmandu in Ramkot VDC of Kathmandu in 2006. The land is owned by the NGO and is therefore considered as public property. On 2007 we start to construct our own home for children but because of financial limit we are not complete yet.
Detail of financial situation of building:
The full phase of construction is both extensive and beautiful. After completing the building we will have 22 different sized rooms, 7 bathrooms, a big library and a meeting hall. It is planned to have dual water supply, biogas and a solar heating system, as well as a safe compound wall and exit road.
The total construction budget at first planning was Rupees: 10150000 (or US$ 161111 or 112777 Euro) in 2006. We have already completed Rs. 4000000 of works. An estimated Rs. 6150000 of work remains to be completed.
We are looking for the financial support to complete the construction.
